How long will my brownies stay fresh?
Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 10 days at room temperature, 3 weeks in the fridge, or 3 months if stored in the freezer.
When will my order ship?
To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12 PM EST will typically ship the following Monday.
Do you offer options for people with allergies?
All of our brownies are processed in a facility that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! As soon as your brownies are out of the oven and labeled for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
What is the best way to eat Buckeye Brownies?
While they are great at room temperature, we highly recommend heating your brownie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a warm, gooey, 'just out of the oven' experience.
